Making brows simple: Anastasia Beverly Hills

Let's talk about something simple: Brows...they help frame the face and really complete the look. If I'm ever in a rush and have to jet out the door, brows are something I will always try to have done. Brows are really such a simple thing that helps you look just a bit more pulled together. However, finding the right brow products to suite your needs...not so simple. Don't fret Anastasia Beverly Hills has got you covered, no matter what colour or texture your brows may be in.

Whether you have blonde, red, brown or black hair, I guarantee that you will find something within the line that will suite you. I have the Brow Powder Duo in Medium Brown and as you can see from the picture above it has two different shades. The lighter shade can be used on the inner part of your brow as well as the tail and the darker shade can be used to fill in the rest. Really, you can use them however you please and as you can see I primarily use the darker shade. I know it has always been said when determining the shade of your brows go two shades darker than your hair colour if you have light hair and if it's dark hair go two shades lighter. However, I have medium/dark brown hair and my brows are black so going two shades lighter than my hair doesn't really work for me. So, that is why I use the darker of the two. The shade Medium Brown is an ashy brown colour without a trace of red. It lasts all day on my brows and I don't find that it fades throughout the day.

There are 10 shades within the Brow Powder Duo selection and the colours range from the lightest "blonde" to the darkest of dark "granite", and they have everything in between...and I really mean everything. They also have various brow pencils, tinted brow gels and waterproof brow creams if powder isn't your deal. Also, my sister has jet black hair and she prefers the same shade I use...just to give you an idea of how versatile these shades can be.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo's can be purchased at Sephora stores and online as well as at for $23 for 1.60g/0.056 o.z.

What are your go to brow products?
