What a Lush

Let's get a bit up close and personal in my shower. We are all familiar with Lush...and if you're not it's a shop that sells home made/natural bath, body, hair and face products. I've never had a problem with Lush, I was just never a Lush fanatic. Probably because I'm more of the shower type and the idea of baths kind of gross me out. Think marinading in dirty water...that's how I feel.

Anyway, these two have become my little shower buddies...

First, the Ocean Salt is one of their best selling products. It's a face and body sea salt exfoliant. I love this. It smells amazing (margerita like) and it's coarse enough to actually feel like you're getting some work done. I like to use this during a really hot shower, and I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but it feels like this gets really warm while rubbing it into the skin. Everything feels so smooth once out of the shower and I've also noticed I feel significantly more moisturised.

Another top seller (can you tell I was feeling adventurous buying the "popular" things...yeah right) King of Skin body butter. This you use after you've cleaned everything and you just rub it all over the place and rinse off and pat dry. Basically it's an in shower moisturiser for us girls who hate putting on lotion...a.k.a. me. If you don't like things that leave a residue skip this, but honestly it leaves the skin feeling so lovely. If I don't want to deal with the greasy skin I'll take my shower at night and then wrap myself up in pants and a sweatshirt and I wake up with skin so soft babies butts would be put to shame.

Although I still won't be diving into the bath bombs anytime soon I definitely made a mental "shopping list" while in the store.

Do you have any Lush favourites? I hope you all had a lovely week and I'll see you again tomorrow with another post.
